Applications

• Cutting, chamfering, grooving and gouging of all metals.

Characteristics

• CG-100 performs on all types of arc-welding-machines.
• No extra equipment or gases needed
• Ideal for preparation prior to welding, gouging and removing of old or defective welds
• and for removal of excess metal, ferrous or non-ferrous. The cut is smooth and uniform.

Notes on usage

• (1) Hold electrode at an angle of approx. 10±5℃, push in direction of travel using a saw like motion as show in the sketch.
• (2) For piercing holes, strike arc and push in and out until hole is completed.
• (3) Dry the electrodes at 70~100℃ for 30~60 minutes before use.
